Your answers to 12 multiple-choice questions in our survey enable us to estimate your current level of eating on our 4Leaf scale. 1Leaf begins at 20%, 2Leaf begins at 40%, 3Leaf begins at 60% and the highest level, 4Leaf, begins at 80%. Upon completing our two-minute survey, a report for your 4Leaf level will be sent to you (at your request) and will provide you with helpful tips for improving your score—and your health. Consider that even the 1Leaf level delivers about five times more calories from whole plants than does the typical western diet.
One more thing, 4Leaf eating is not necessarily vegetarian or vegan. But if you choose to routinely include meat, dairy, eggs, fish, oil, sugar & processed foods in your diet, you will have a difficult time reaching the 4Leaf level.
